Processing equipment

Steiner represents in Ukraine European and world manufacturers of process equipment for the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and petfood industries: systems for product preparation and mixing, heat exchangers and pasteurisers, homogenizers, autoclaves, equipment for meat processing. We select a solution for a specific product and capacity, and do not simply sell an item from a catalogue.

Both options. You can order a separate piece of equipment for an existing production facility, or you can order a full-cycle line — from the reception of raw materials to the filling of the finished product. In the second case we are responsible for the compatibility of the units with each other and for the overall capacity of the line.

To start, the following is sufficient: the type and characteristics of the product (viscosity, temperature, the presence of inclusions), the desired capacity, the format of the container or pack, the available floor space and utility networks. On the basis of these data we prepare a technical proposal with a list of equipment and an indicative layout.

Installation, commissioning and putting into operation are carried out by Steiner engineers together with specialists from the manufacturing plant. Commissioning includes checking the units, reaching the operating regimes, test batches of product and training of the customer’s personnel.

We provide warranty and post-warranty servicing, scheduled routine work, diagnostics and specialist visits, as well as the supply of original spare parts and wear elements. Modernisation of already installed equipment is also one of our activities.
