Gorreri – LPG semi-automatic depositing line
The LPG semi-automatic depositing line is a Gorreri line for depositing dough and other masses into trays or paper cups. The line is available in LPG400, LPG600 and LPG800 versions and can be extended with injection, decorating and sprinkling modules. What does the LPG semi-automatic depositing line do?
The line moves trays on a chain conveyor under the dosing head, which deposits a set dose of mass into the tray or cup. The manufacturer cites muffins, cupcakes, cakes and other products of various shapes and sizes as examples. Electronic control allows the dose and product shape to be changed.

How do LPG400, LPG600 and LPG800 differ?
The manufacturer produces the line in three versions. The difference in width and output is not given on the Gorreri website and is confirmed during selection.
Can different products be made on one LPG line?
Yes. Devices are switched on and off from the touch panel, and the shape and dose are set electronically.
How are trays prepared before depositing?
The line can be equipped with an oil spraying system with aspiration for greasing trays or with a paper cup dispenser. The cup dispenser has an aluminium body above the conveyor and a pneumatic drive; the storage box and aspiration collector are interchangeable for quick changeover.
