Flexible packaging (flow-pack, stabilo-pack, doypack, pillow bag, sachet, stick, sack, big bag), filling into cups using FFS and FS technologies, thermoforming and tray sealing, secondary and group packaging, labelling, pallet wrapping and pallet inverting.

Vertical machines (VFFS) are suitable for bulk and free-flowing products which are packed into a bag made from a roll of film. Horizontal ones (HFFS, flow-pack) are for individual items of constant shape. The choice is determined by the product itself, the type of bag, the required speed and the requirements for the tightness of the seam.

Yes, modern packaging machines are adapted for eco films. Such materials have a different temperature corridor for welding and behave differently under tension, so appropriate sealing jaws, adjustment of the film pull and testing on the specific material are required. We carry out such tests before delivery.

Yes. We survey the existing line, check the capacity of the adjacent units, the conveying systems and the control systems, after which we propose an integration option — with coordination of speeds and, if necessary, with modernisation of the neighbouring sections.

The lead time depends on the type of machine and the manufacturer’s workload: standard models are faster, machines built to an individual specification take longer. We fix the exact schedule in the contract together with the dates of installation and commissioning. We give indicative lead times as early as the technical proposal stage.
