Gorreri – SHG horizontal cream injector

The SHG horizontal cream injector is a Gorreri machine for filling products with jams, creams and high-viscosity creams through the side. The servo drive allows spot, multi-spot or strip filling; the mode is selected in the recipe. Steiner Ukraine supplies SHG injectors and selects the needles and belt for the product format.

How does the SHG horizontal cream injector work?

Products sit in the pockets of a belt with spacers. The belt moves step by step, and the injection head on a trolley inserts the needles horizontally and delivers the cream. After filling, a pneumatic pusher moves the products sideways to a clear area for packaging.

How is the SHG horizontal cream injector built?

• AISI 304 stainless steel construction;
• step-by-step belt drive with motor controlled by a vector inverter; the belt is removed without dismantling the dosing head;
• stainless steel hopper of approx. 40 l, hopper heating as an option;
• anodised aluminium dosing head body, pistons with sanitary seals;
• needles removed without tools, quick-release system;
• closed-loop washing through a manifold;
• PLC with touch-screen panel: control of each filling cycle, memory for 50 recipes.

Which filling modes does the SHG horizontal cream injector have?

How does SHG differ from the SVG vertical injector?

SHG injects cream horizontally into products on a belt with pockets. The SVG vertical injector injects cream from above into products in trays or paper cups.
