Masdaf - Multistage pumps (OMKV)

Masdaf's OMK-V series pumps are vertical multistage centrifugal pumps with radially split casing designed for pumping clean or slightly contaminated liquids in various industries and municipal services.

Main characteristics:

• Suction flange: DN 50 – DN 125 (PN 40) (DIN 2535)
• Discharge flange: DN 32 – DN 80 (PN 40) (DIN 2535)
• Working pressure: up to 40 bar
• Number of degrees: from 2 to 14
• Feed range: 5 - 220 m³/h
• Pressure range: 30 – 400 m
• Rotation speed: 2900 rpm

Design features:

• Vertical axis with a radially divided housing of the annular sectional type.
• The impellers are single-flow, closed-type, dynamically balanced, with the ability to adjust the diameter to optimize the working point.
• The axial load is reduced by means of holes in each impeller; the residual load is absorbed by oversized bearings.
• Possibility to install wear rings to extend the service life of the pump.
• The pump and motor are mounted on a common base and connected by a flexible coupling.
• Standard arrangement: discharge connection at the top on the motor side, suction connection at the bottom on the opposite side; clockwise rotation when viewed from the drive side.
