CHEMSPIN INLINE twin screw pump
CHEMSPIN INLINE — a version of the CHEMSPIN twin screw pump with parallel ports for straight horizontal or vertical pipelines. It is designed to replace rotary lobe and circumferential piston pumps without modifying the piping. Flow rate up to 300 m³/h, differential pressure up to 35 bar.
How does CHEMSPIN INLINE differ from the base CHEMSPIN?
In the base CHEMSPIN the ports are on opposite sides of the casing. In CHEMSPIN INLINE the ports are parallel, so the pump is installed directly into a straight pipeline.
Connection sizes and standards are agreed on request. The pump can be mounted horizontally, vertically upwards or downwards, or sideways on a wall.
Hydraulics and sizes are the same as for the base CHEMSPIN. Self-priming, gas handling and reversing are retained.

When to choose CHEMSPIN INLINE?
When an existing line has a rotary lobe or circumferential piston pump that must be replaced with a twin screw pump without changing the pipework. How rotary lobe pumps work is described in the article “Rotary lobe pumps: gentle and efficient liquid transfer”.
