HYGHSPIN screw pump — the base model of the hygienic HYGHSPIN series by Jung Process Systems. It is a stainless steel twin screw pump for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. Flow rate up to 300 m³/h, differential pressure up to 35 bar, viscosity from 0.5 to 1,000,000 mPa·s.
The pump handles aqueous, highly viscous, lumpy, fibrous and gas-laden products as long as they can flow. The same pump delivers the CIP cleaning solution, so no separate cleaning pump is needed.

Which HYGHSPIN design features matter for hygienic production?
- Self-draining. The axial port is located at the lowest point of the casing, so no product remains in the pump.
- Parts machined from solid stock. Product-contact parts are machined from solid material. There is no risk of casting defects.
- Seal flushing. The shaft seal is flushed by the main product flow; there are no dead zones.
- Maintenance in place. The pump is not removed from the line for service. The seals are semi-cartridge units and are replaced as an assembly.
- Gearbox access. Through the inspection opening the gear backlash is adjusted without draining the oil.
- Condition monitoring. Temperature and vibration sensors are available as an option.
