Masdaf - Separate casing pumps (SPLT)

Masdaf's SPLT series pumps are single-stage centrifugal pumps with axially split casing and double-suction, designed for efficient pumping of large volumes of liquid in various industries and municipal services.

Main characteristics:

• Suction flange: DN 80 – DN 500
• Discharge flange: DN 65 – DN 500
• Working pressure: 16 - 20 bar
• Temperature range: from -10°C to 110°C
• Feed range: 30 - 4000 m³/h
• Pressure range: 15 – 160 m
• Rotation speed: 960 - 3500 rpm

Design features:

• The axial housing opening provides easy access to internal components for maintenance and repair.
• The two-way suction of the impeller provides hydraulic compensation for axial loads and low NPSH.
• Inside the pump, a radial impeller with two-sided entry is used, which helps to reduce the axial load.
• The suction and discharge flanges are located in the same line, which simplifies installation in the pipeline.
• The upper part of the case is lighter than the lower part and connects in a way that allows for easy assembly.
• The pump and motor are connected by a flexible coupling on a common shaft; a diesel engine can be used.
• A choice between two pump types: SPLT (long type) for heavy-duty applications with the option of using soft seals or mechanical seals, and SPLT-V with mechanical seals and a robust welded base.
