Masdaf - Drainage pumps (PSP)
Masdaf's PSP series pumps are single-stage vertical process pumps with open or free vane impellers designed for efficient pumping of chemical and contaminated liquids in a variety of industrial applications.

- Discharge flange: DN 32 – DN 50
- Working pressure: up to 6 bar
- Diameter of the impeller: Ø 120 - Ø 150 mm
- Feed range: 3 - 100 m³/h
- Pressure range: 15 – 50 m
- Rotation speed: 1000 - 3600 rpm
- Operating temperature: up to 90°C
Design features:
- The open impellers are connected to the shaft by a keyway and have a locking mechanism to prevent reverse rotation.
- The impellers are balanced in accordance with ISO G 6.3; the rear blades reduce axial loads and prevent the ingress of solid particles.
- Filters with openings that are sized to prevent the ingress of large particulate matter, reducing the risk of pump clogging.
- Body with radial discharge nozzle; special fastener design ensures minimal clearances and high hydraulic efficiency.
- Threaded connections on the discharge pipe allow the pipe to be dismantled without having to remove the pump from the well.
- The use of a one-piece shaft ensures parallelism accuracy and reduces vibrations during operation.
- The bearings are lubricated with grease; the axial load is carried by a single row angular contact ball bearing (type 6400).
- A non-cooled Teflon shaft seal is used as standard; a mechanical seal is available on request.
