Masdaf's MDP series pumps are long shaft vertical shaft pumps designed for efficient pumping of industrial wastewater containing solid and fibrous particles. Thanks to the special design of the impellers and casing, they provide reliable operation in difficult operating conditions.
Main characteristics:
Discharge flange: up to DN 200
Working pressure: 10 bar (optional 16 bar)
Diameter of the impeller: Ø 120 - Ø 380 mm
Feed range: 10 - 800 m³/h
Pressure range: up to 35 m
Rotation speed: 1450 rpm
Operating temperature: up to 90°C
Design features:
The specially designed impellers and volute casing allow for efficient pumping of liquids with solid and fibrous inclusions.
The impellers are dynamically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940/1-6.3, which ensures reduced vibrations and increased reliability.
Bearings are installed at the inlet of the pump to absorb radial loads; additional intermediate bearings are used to increase the rigidity of the shaft structure as the pipe length increases.
The steel casing protects the shaft from external influences and is equipped with a mechanical seal on the pump side to prevent liquid from reaching the bearings and shaft surface.
Areas of application:
Industrial processes
Pumping of industrial wastewater
Pumping chemical liquids
Oil refineries
Foundries
Coal-fired thermal power plants
Metallurgical industry
Oil refining industry
Pumping wastewater, oil and sludge
Pumping clean water
Liquids containing sediment, fibrous and solid particles
Masdaf's MDP series pumps provide a reliable and efficient solution for pumping complex liquids in a variety of industries, combining high performance with durability and ease of maintenance.
