Masdaf - Multistage pumps (OMKV)
Masdaf's OMK-V series pumps are vertical multistage centrifugal pumps with radially split casing designed for pumping clean or slightly contaminated liquids in various industries and municipal services.
Main characteristics:
- Suction flange: DN 50 – DN 125 (PN 40) (DIN 2535)
- Discharge flange: DN 32 – DN 80 (PN 40) (DIN 2535)
- Working pressure: up to 40 bar
- Number of degrees: from 2 to 14
- Feed range: 5 - 220 m³/h
- Pressure range: 30 – 400 m
- Rotation speed: 2900 rpm
Design features:
- Vertical axis with a radially divided housing of the annular sectional type.
- The impellers are single-flow, closed-type, dynamically balanced, with the ability to adjust the diameter to optimize the working point.
- The axial load is reduced by means of holes in each impeller; the residual load is absorbed by oversized bearings.
- Possibility to install wear rings to extend the service life of the pump.
- The pump and motor are mounted on a common base and connected by a flexible coupling.
- Standard arrangement: discharge connection at the top on the motor side, suction connection at the bottom on the opposite side; clockwise rotation when viewed from the drive side.
