From 8 to 14 May, Düsseldorf hosted the Interpack 2014 international equipment exhibition.
As part of this exhibition, Steiner-Ukraine visited the stands of its partners.
The 2014 exhibition showcased a number of new products, including those from our company's suppliers.
For example, VacuumBarrierSystem (Belgium) presented its new development – a liquid nitrogen doser for low-output production lines in a more affordable price range. The new doser is suitable for installation on filling lines of various types running at speeds of up to 12,000 bottles/hour. This development is essential for the Ukrainian market, since most of the enquiries we receive concern nitrogen dosers in exactly this speed range. Together with the launch of the new G2 generation of dosers with software updated to the latest Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC version of your choice, this creates a complete product range.
Another pleasant novelty was the software update from the company Steriflow (France), a leader in horizontal water cascade autoclaves, has installed the new MPI version, the ExpertHT 2000. This upgrade makes the system more powerful and reliable with an integrated UPS. This minimises production disruptions by automatically restarting when necessary and deleting temporary files, which in turn significantly increases the efficiency of the autoclave.
Among the other novelties presented at the exhibition was the upgraded Zacmi (Italy) vacuum seamer. This machine was developed specifically for Bonduelle. In addition to the mechanical advantages of the machine, the can and lid feed devices in this seamer were upgraded, which made it possible to reduce vacuum losses inside the machine to a minimum.
Company Effytec (Spain) - a manufacturer of horizontal machines for doy-pack and sachet bags, presented several machines at its stand, one of which is the GP-60 model. This is a high-speed machine for large volume pouches, specially equipped with several stages of sealing the pouch using both conventional and ultrasonic welding. This machine is also equipped with a multi-ingredient dispenser, which allows you to pack different types of product into one package within one device at high speeds. All this combined with innovative solutions Effytec in the mechanics of the machine makes it the best choice for the customer.
One of the important achievements of our visit was the agreement on strategic partnership with Somic (Germany) - is a world-renowned manufacturer of cartoning machines for both single and group products.
