Juice clarification on REDA RE-V/EO series separators is performed by centrifugal force, without chemical agents. The separators are designed for natural juices and other beverages.

How does juice clarification on a separator work?
Heavy solid particles collect in the sludge chamber. From there, they are separated and discharged directly.
Processing is continuous, with preset solids discharges. This extends operating time without stops.
Why does juice clarification on RE-V/EO not oxidise the product?
The process is hermetic, so the juice does not come into contact with air during processing. The risk of oxidation is eliminated.
The separation technology has been tested to preserve the natural properties of raw materials. Processing is gentle and gives an optimal clarification effect.

How is continuous separator operation organised?
Solids accumulate in the chamber and are discharged automatically at set intervals. The separator does not need to be stopped for manual cleaning between discharges.
The discharge interval is set in advance in the control system. The line runs longer without stops, and the operator does not intervene at each discharge cycle.

After clarification, the juice is deaerated on the vacuum deaerator with aroma recovery. It is then concentrated on the low temperature evaporator or sterilised on the UHT plant.
