KRAL pumps are manufactured by the Austrian company of the same name, based in Lüstenau and founded in 1950. It is an independent family-run business that develops and manufactures screw pumps and flow measurement equipment. Steiner Ukraine is KRAL’s official representative in Ukraine.
What does KRAL manufacture?
The manufacturer operates in two main areas. The first is screw pumps: ten series covering a flow rate range from 5 l/min to 17,660 l/min and pressures up to 120 bar. The second is measurement technology: flowmeters, display and signal processing units, and support software.

Nine out of ten models are triple-screw pumps, in which the drive screw transmits torque to the two driven screws via the fluid itself. The Z series features twin screws: the screws are synchronised by a gear transmission and do not come into contact with one another, which is why the series is suitable for media without lubricating properties. KRAL flowmeters and measuring equipment
In addition to pumps, KRAL manufactures screw-type flowmeters, display and signal processing units, and monitoring software. The KRAL management system is certified to EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 45001, welding operations — by EN ISO 3834-2.
The products are recognised by classification societies: RINA Statement, ABS Certification, BV Recognition and BV Type Approval. Certain series also hold approvals from CCS, DNV, GL, LRS, MRS, NK and KR, as well as explosion protection certification. ATEX II 2 GD.
