Doseuro — is an Italian manufacturer of dosing pumps and complete systems for the injection of chemical, acid, and alkaline reagents. The company has been operating since 1984 and is part of the FPZ Group.

Forced return (positive return) means that the plunger moves in both directions from the drive, rather than being returned by a spring. This provides a stable delivery at high pressure and suitability for multi-head designs.

How to choose the type of dosing head?
Within families, the manufacturer offers various types of heads. The choice is determined not by the feed, but by how hazardous the reagent is and whether contact with the drive is permissible.

Rule of thumb. The plunger head provides the highest pressure, but the plunger is in contact with the reagent. The diaphragm head isolates the reagent from the drive. A sandwich-type diaphragm consists of two diaphragms with space monitoring between them: if one ruptures, the reagent does not escape to the outside and the system issues a signal.
What does API 675 compliance mean?
API 675 is the American Petroleum Institute standard for controlled-volume positive displacement pumps. It specifies requirements for design, materials, testing and documentation.

Following API 675, Doseuro has manufactured a series PDP — types A-I, SDI and MR I. These same types are available in the execution ATEX for hazardous areas.

SDP series diaphragms are made of solid PTFE. The housings of this series are made of corrosion-resistant fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene with IP65 protection.

A polyelectrolyte preparation plant is a separate product with its own logic. Powdered polyelectrolyte must not simply be dissolved, but left to mature in the ripening tank, otherwise it does not work as a flocculant. The Poly-unit does this automatically.
