REDA – BlendyFlex blending unit

The REDA BlendyFlex blending unit prepares dairy products, juices, nectars and other beverages from concentrates or purées. Each ingredient is dosed according to the recipe selected by the operator.

What can the BlendyFlex blending unit do?

BlendyFlex accepts ingredients in various forms: liquids, powders, concentrates, granulates. The unit mixes raw materials under controlled parameters:

• volume of each component;
• temperature;
• blending time;
• mixing speed.

The finished mix is stored until the next processing step.

How is the REDA blending unit built?

BlendyFlex is made of stainless steel. It is supplied pre-assembled and factory-tested.

The process is fully automated. The control system tracks the dosing of each ingredient, so the recipe is reproduced from batch to batch.

Where is the blending unit installed?

BlendyFlex is installed before heat treatment. After it, the product is pasteurised or sterilised in a UHT plant and stored in an aseptic tank.

The unit is used for drinking milk, juices and special products.

Why is a blending unit with automatic dosing important for the recipe?

BlendyFlex eliminates manual dosing. Each component is fed in the quantity set by the recipe, and temperature and blending time are maintained automatically.

According to REDA, the unit reproduces the recipe with 100% precision. This gives the same taste, composition and viscosity in every batch and simplifies switching between recipes on one line.
