Masdaf - Fire pumps (YPH)
Masdaf's YPH series pumps are single-stage inline vertical centrifugal pumps designed for use in fire fighting systems in accordance with NFPA standards. They provide reliable and efficient operation in critical situations.
Main characteristics:
- Suction flange: DN 65 – DN 150
- Discharge flange: DN 40 – DN 100
- Feed range: 34 - 170 m³/h (150 - 750 gallons per minute)
- Pressure range: 30 - 140 m (43 - 199 psi)
Design features:
- Single-stage design with inline vertical shaft.
- Single-flow closed impeller, dynamically balanced to compensate for axial forces by means of balancing holes and rear wear rings.
- The pump and motor are connected via an adapter using a special rigid coupling.
- Maintenance and repairs are simplified thanks to the ability to dismantle the pump without disconnecting it from the piping.
- In accordance with the NFPA standard, the shaft is sealed with soft seals.
- Standardized parts make it easier to find and store spare parts.
