By the number of pallets per shift, taking peak hours into account. A semi-automatic machine with a turntable handles dozens of pallets per shift, a ring wrapper within a line — hundreds. A mistake here is costly: a wrapper at the end of the line becomes the bottleneck of the entire production.

The pre-stretch system stretches the film before winding, so the same load stability is achieved with less material. On large volumes the film savings pay back the difference in the price of the machine faster than is usually expected. We calculate this payback from your actual film consumption.

Through a programmable wrapping pattern — the number of turns, zones of reinforced wrapping, wrapping that grips the pallet. To protect against dust and moisture, the top is covered with film or with a separate sheet before wrapping — this is a standard option for open-air warehouses and for food loads.

Yes. The wrapper is connected to roller tables and conveyors, receives pallets automatically and passes them on, and can be equipped with built-in weighing and pallet label printing. We carry out such integration together with the rest of the end-of-line equipment.
