The ULTRA CLEAN packaging machine is completely covered with a special laminar flow chamber to maintain microbiological safety and prevent any impurities from the outside. The entire packaging line is sterilised, both the film materials and the filling process. The packaging material is disinfected by using hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2) as a gas or by using high-powered ultraviolet lamps.
