Features of the F1500/2 model
Freezer F1500/2 combines two F700 freezers in one compact housing. This configuration allows two different mixtures to be produced independently at the same time, which is an optimal solution for multi-product lines and flexible production.
Control and automation system
VOJTA freezers are equipped with a 7-inch touch screen that provides complete control over key parameters of the freezing process:
- automatic performance control using a volumetric mixture flow meter;
- automatic viscosity control by means of hot gas injection;
- automatic air saturation coefficient based on mass flow meter;
- automatic pressure regulation in the cylinder;
- automatic temperature control at the ice cream outlet.
The control panel provides the operator with complete and clear information about the status of the process, including automated start-up and shutdown sequences, product holding modes, and CIP cleaning.
