Milk reception on the REDA FoamLess unit automates unloading of tankers or churns and feeding milk to the storage section. Capacity — from 5 to 50 t/h.
Steiner Ukraine is the REDA distributor in Ukraine. The common principles of REDA equipment, including UHT configurations and separator design, are described on the page REDA.
How does FoamLess milk reception work?
Milk is unloaded through a vacuum device. It also performs initial deaeration and deodorisation. The milk is then fed to the storage section.
Deaeration improves milk quality and the accuracy of measuring received volumes. It also creates better conditions for further processing, such as skimming.
What does the software automate?
- Drainage at the first reception stage.
- Recovery of milk residues from product pipes at the end of reception.
- Automatic stop when the tanker is empty, triggered by a vacuum sensor.
- CIP cleaning.
- Recording of all reception data.
