OMAC Series BA-BB Lobe Pump
OMAC Series BA-BB Lobe Pump is a hygienic version of Series B with a design that simplifies CIP cleaning. The series includes 14 models, from BA100 to BA490, with a displacement of 0.03 to 3.3 l per revolution. Wetted parts are 1.4404 stainless steel; the casing is investment cast.

If the line is audited to 3A, choose BA: the pump is supplied with a nameplate and certificate. Only BA in the corresponding version is suitable for EHEDG certification. The operating principle, materials and certificates common to all series are described on the OMAC brand page.
What has changed compared to the classic Series B?
- the casing geometry ensures complete self-draining with vertical ports;
- the flat cover and recessed rotor nuts leave no areas for product stagnation;
- the cover O-ring follows the casing profile and is easy to clean;
- seals behind the rotors without metal-to-metal contact;
- 7KFO mechanical seals have larger self-draining grooves, so cleaning solution does not remain in them.
All BA-BB pumps are supplied with 3.1 material certificates and full traceability.

The EHEDG version requires vertical ports for complete self-draining. For models up to BB/BA390, a forged casing with integrated ports and no welds is available. BA-BB supports all options of Series B.
Where is the OMAC Series BA-BB lobe pump used?
