‘The ice cream market in Ukraine is showing stability and growth, especially in exports,’ says Taras Repetovskyi. In the first 9 months of 2024, Ukrainian producers exported more than 11,000 tonnes of ice cream (+27% year-on-year), generating $37.5 million in revenue. Key markets such as Germany, Poland, and Moldova appreciate the quality of Ukrainian products.
