The MiniDose is a compact and high-performance liquid nitrogen dosing system designed to provide accurate and efficient dosing in a wide range of industrial applications.
It is designed for discrete dosing and can handle up to 12,000 containers per hour. The system operates with a low liquid nitrogen supply pressure (maximum 1.5 bar), which must be provided by the user. The dosing accuracy is about 5%. The minimum opening time of the dosing valve is 25 milliseconds.
This device is a fully vacuum-insulated stainless steel dosing unit equipped with an internal reservoir with mechanical fill level control. It includes an electric dosing valve and a safety valve. The nozzle area is heated and a gas valve is provided. The system uses an integrated nozzle flushing system, so no separate nitrogen supply system is required.
The device is controlled by a Siemens S7-1200 remote control panel with a 4-inch Siemens KTP400 touchscreen, mounted in a stainless steel enclosure that meets the NEMA 4x standard. The panel supports both 230V/50Hz and 115V/60Hz operation. It comes with 6-metre electrical cables, with an option to purchase a 15-metre cable set.
The system is also equipped with speed compensation, a speed sensor (proximity sensor) and an infrared bottle detection sensor, which allows the dispensing to be activated only when a container is present. The package includes a complete operating and maintenance manual.
