Features of the F1500/2:

The F1500/2 combines two F700 frizzers in one compact housing, allowing for the independent production of two different mixes at the same time.

Management system:

The fascinators are equipped with a convenient 7-inch touch screen for setting and monitoring such parameters:

• Automatic performance (mixture volumetric flow meter)
• Automatic viscosity (hot gas injection)
• Automatic air saturation ratio (air mass flow meter)
• Automatic cylinder pressure
• Automatic ice cream outlet temperature

The control panel provides clear and easy-to-understand information to the operator at all stages of production, including automatic start/stop, hold, and CIP (clean-in-place) sequences.

Additional equipment:

• Variable rotor speed
• Additional pumps for precise distribution of ice cream in each filling/extrusion line
• Integrated control for a simple filling device with manual filling of cups or containers, operated from the screen of the freezer
