Sundyne – Chemical Pump (ANSIMAG)

Sundyne ANSIMAG is a series of sealless magnetic drive chemical pumps designed for the safe transfer of aggressive, toxic, and corrosive liquids. With no mechanical seals, ANSIMAG pumps provide absolute containment and maximum reliability when handling hazardous media.

Basic models

• ANSIMAG KM / KML / KMH — horizontal chemical pumps for standard processes, compliant with ISO 2858 and ANSI B73.3.

• ANSIMAG KMP — a high-pressure, high-performance version designed specifically for heavy-duty chemical applications.

• ANSIMAG KMF — fluoropolymer (ETFE) construction designed for aggressive acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

Technical characteristics

Main series parameters: flow rate — up to 140 m³/h, head — up to 90 m, temperature — from -30 °C to +120 °C.
All models feature a fully sealless magnetic coupling (no mechanical seals) and hydraulic components made of ETFE or PFA for maximum chemical resistance.
Materials: ETFE-lined casing, PTFE bearings, shaft made of silicon oxide or silicon carbide.
The pumps comply with ANSI B73.3 and are certified for operation in ATEX Zone 1/2.
