The largest professional exhibition dedicated to technologies, equipment and accessories for the production and packaging of beer and beverages was held in Rimini, Italy, from 16 to 19 February. BBTECH EXPO brings together beverage producers with companies selling ingredients, processing and packaging technologies. The product range includes: automatic machines for rinsing, filling, capping, monoblocks with various filling systems - backpressure, low vacuum, high vacuum, volumetric. The closures are manufactured under the AROL brand. The company's portfolio also includes labelling and packaging machines, automatic and semi-automatic lines. The equipment can be customised to meet specific customer needs.
The Italian bottling line has already been installed at the Fanatic brewery in Dnipro. It has a fully automated cycle: bottle loading, rinsing, filling, and labeling. The capacity is 2000 bottles per hour. Filling is carried out with carbon dioxide injection for better product preservation, and automatic crating is possible. The two bottling lines also work well at Kyiv's Birkraft brewery and Chernihiv's Birvil brewery, both with a capacity of 1400 bottles per hour, and at Birvil the line bottles in glass and PET.
