MiniDose - is a compact and high-performance system for the precise and efficient dosing of liquid nitrogen, designed for a wide range of industrial applications.
It is intended for discrete dosing and can service up to 12,000 containers per hour. The system operates with a low liquid nitrogen supply pressure (maximum 1.5 bar), which must be provided by the user. The dosing accuracy is approximately 5%, with the minimum valve opening time being 25 milliseconds.
This device is a fully vacuum-insulated dosing unit made of stainless steel, equipped with an internal reservoir with mechanical level control. It includes an electric dosing valve and a safety valve. The nozzle area is heated, and a gas valve is also included. The system uses a built-in nozzle purging system, eliminating the need for a separate nitrogen supply system.
For control, the device uses a Siemens S7-1200 remote control panel with a 4-inch Siemens KTP400 touchscreen, housed in a stainless steel enclosure that complies with NEMA 4x standards. The panel supports both 230V/50Hz and 115V/60Hz operation. It includes 6-meter electrical cables, with the option to purchase an additional 15-meter cable set.
The system is also equipped with speed compensation features, a speed sensor (proximity sensor), and an infrared sensor to detect bottles, allowing dosing to be activated only when a container is present. The package includes a full operating and maintenance manual.
