Vojta s.r.o. offers a variety of ice cream packaging equipment, including single and multi-lane packaging machines.

Single-lane packaging machines

The single-lane machines are designed for automatic packaging of various types of ice cream and can be integrated with any extrusion or moulding line. The product is directly placed on the packaging film without contact with machine parts, ensuring high hygiene standards.

Standard features:

• Double film roll holder
• Servo-driven sealing rollers with electronic temperature control
• Servo-driven cutting knives with electronic temperature control
• Picture-in-Place (PIP) function
• Hot and cold sealing
• Outlet conveyor for discharge of packaged product

Additional options:

• Angled pocket conveyor with overhead chain for product transport
• No product - no package function
• Function to detect incorrectly placed product

Multi-lane packaging machines

The multi-lane machines combine high productivity with gentle product handling, making them particularly suitable for A-CX or A-DX lines. The products are pulled out by grippers and directly placed on the packaging film, ensuring high hygiene standards and reducing packaging costs by allowing the use of thinner film.

• Hot and cold sealing
• Outlet conveyor for product discharge
• Quickly change settings for different products

Technical parameters:

• VW800: 2 rows, up to 12,000 pieces/hour
• MLW6: 6 rows, up to 18,000 pieces/hour
• MLW8: 8 rows, up to 24,000 pieces/hour
• MLW9: 9 rows, up to 27,000 pieces/hour

Actual throughput depends on the type and size of product, film quality and the feed system selected.
