Sundyne – Chemical Pump (HMD Kontro)

Sundyne HMD Kontro is a series of sealless magnetic drive chemical pumps designed for the safe transfer of aggressive, toxic, explosive, and volatile liquids. These pumps combine maximum containment, high reliability, and full compliance with international industrial standards API 685, ISO 15783, and ASME B73.3.

Basic models

• CSA / CSI — standard chemical pumps with magnetic drive, compliant with ANSI / ISO dimensions, designed for typical chemical processing applications.

• GSP / GSPV — process pumps for heavy-duty operation and high-pressure applications, available in horizontal or vertical configurations.

• HPX / GSPVS — models designed for high-temperature and toxic media, compliant with ATEX Zone 1/2 and API 685.

Technical characteristics

Main series parameters: flow rate — up to 300 m³/h, head — up to 200 m, temperature — from -100 °C to +450 °C, pressure — up to 185 bar.
The sealless design with a magnetic coupling eliminates the need for mechanical seals. Internal components are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, Duplex, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, or Inconel — depending on the liquid composition.
Bearing cooling options are available (self-circulation or external circuit), increasing reliability in 24/7 operation.
