SAER – Drainage Pumps (SD)

SAER Elettropompe SD is a series of drainage pumps designed for the efficient transfer of wastewater, rainwater, and process water containing suspended solids or fibrous materials. SD pumps combine high reliability, stable performance, and durability, making them one of the best solutions for industrial and municipal drainage systems.

Basic models

• SD Standard — the basic version for draining contaminated and sewage water, available with different types of impellers.

• SDV — a version with a vortex impeller designed for liquids with a high content of fibers or solids, helping to prevent clogging.

• SDO — a model with an open multi-channel impeller, optimized for medium-contaminated liquids.

• SDP — a version with a screw impeller designed for pumping dense and viscous liquids.

Key characteristics: flow rate — up to 150 m³/h, head — up to 40 m, protection rating IP68, operating temperature up to +40 °C. The casing and hydraulic components are made of high-strength cast iron EN-GJL 200/250, the shaft is stainless steel AISI 420, and the double mechanical seal in an oil chamber ensures tightness and moisture protection.
