When selecting seals for heat exchangers, it is important to consider not only the price, but also the temperature resistance, chemical resistance and suitability of the materials for the operating conditions.

Correctly selected industrial seal:

  • does not deform when heated;

  • does not dry out or shrink in size, preventing loss of tightness;

  • maintains stability during CIP/SIP cleaning and operation under pressure;

  • does not migrate into the product, does not affect the taste and safety of food products, including beverages and dairy products.

All these characteristics are only possible if the sealing material is selected taking into account the actual temperature, mechanical and chemical loads that arise in your production process.
