A large-scale exhibition of seafood, equipment, technologies and services for fish and seafood processing took place in Brussels on 21-23 April. All this was presented at SEAFOOD EXPO GLOBAL. We could not ignore such an event and decided to participate.
Foodcase Nordic pleased us with its new products. They presented Seasnacks, crispy salmon skin snacks. These snacks are made from the best quality Norwegian Atlantic salmon. The salmon skin is thoroughly cleaned using a natural but very complex process, fried in pure and healthy oil, and natural sea salt is added. This is the main advantage, as crispy salmon skin is a healthy product, unlike potato chips and other fried snacks.
