Low maintenance requirements: The machines have been designed with a ‘low maintenance design’ in mind, which reduces regular maintenance costs by up to 75%. This is achieved through the use of lubrication-free timing belts, direct motorised drive and centralised lubrication points.

Flexibility in the choice of materials: Can be used with polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) strapping in widths from 9 to 19 mm and thicknesses from 0.55 to 1 mm. The tension force can be adjusted from 0 to 5,300 N, which allows the strapping to be tailored to the specifics of each product, preventing damage to the product.

Additional cargo protection systems: If required, the machines can be fitted with cardboard corner units or bottom wooden elements to ensure maximum stability and protection of the load during transport.

Security: The machines comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the UNI EN ISO 12100:2010 standard. They are equipped with safety systems such as light barriers, doors with locking systems and guardrails to ensure safe working conditions for operators.
