MF TECNO – Pick & Place systems
MF TECNO's Pick & Place systems are designed to automatically place packaged products into cartons using robotic or traditional methods. MF 50 Vertical Packaging Machine
The MF 50 is a vertical packaging machine specially designed for packaging small formats from 100 g to 1 kg with maximum dimensions of 185 x 280 mm. Its compact size, AISI 304 stainless steel construction and ease of use make it an extremely versatile solution. It is suitable for packaging a wide range of products with good flowability and particle size, such as snacks, dried fruit, pet food, rice, sugar and pulses. The machine achieves throughput rates of up to 2,100 bags per hour and can be equipped with stainless steel dosing systems in volumetric or electronic weighing versions.
MF 52 Vertical Packaging Machine
The MF 52 is a vertical packaging machine ideal for medium to high production levels, offering maximum versatility for various formats up to 5 kg with maximum dimensions of 330 x 400 mm. It can handle various types of bags, including cushion, side-fold, square bottom, four-seam and doypack. Thanks to servo drives, the machine achieves a throughput of around 3,000 bags per hour. It is suitable for packaging both powdered and non-powdered products, including those with particularly fragile characteristics, such as pet food, snacks, pasta, flour, salt, sugar, coffee and milk powder. The machine is made of painted steel or, on request, AISI 304 stainless steel and is equipped with an electronic system that allows for continuous monitoring of the entire operating cycle.
