ILPRA – Fill Sealing

ILPRA offers a series of automatic Fill Seal machines for filling and sealing containers designed for packaging liquid, creamy and granular products. These machines provide precise dosing and reliable sealing, making them ideal for a variety of industries.

Main models:

• Fill Seal 2000: Compact turntable machine designed for small and medium-sized production facilities. It is ideal for packaging dairy products, yoghurts, sauces and dressings. It is equipped with a touch panel for easy setting of operating parameters and can process up to 2000 containers per hour.

• Fill Seal 2500: Universal machine with rotary table, capable of processing up to 2500 units per hour. It is suitable for packaging liquids, creams, granules and solid products. Offers various options such as lid installation, CIP system for cleaning and laminar flow for improved hygiene.

• Fill Seal 5000: A model optimised for medium production volumes, with a compact design and a wide range of optional features. Supports various packaging methods including sealing, gas flushing, modified atmosphere (MAP/ATP) and vacuum.

• Fill Seal 7000: Advanced automatic machine for medium to high production volumes. Allows simultaneous dispensing of several products with different consistencies and is compatible with various types of containers, including plastic, paper and aluminium.

• Fill Seal R12 та S12: High-performance machines with rotary table and servo-driven stations designed to optimise every step of the way. The R12 model provides fully brushless operation for precise process control, while the S12 offers robust functionality for businesses that require a simpler solution.
