Sidel palletiser: which model to choose?

The model is selected by line speed, pack type and the floor space available for palletising.

The model

Type

Manufacturer data

CoboAccess_Pal

cobot palletiser

low-speed lines

RoboAccess_Pal S

compact robotic, combining robotics and cobotics

up to 12 cycles/min, payload up to 25 kg, pallet height 1700 mm, less than 12 m² for two stations

RoboAccess

robotic cell

corrugated cases with glued or taped flaps, automatic changeovers

PalAccess

modular layer palletiser

small and unstable packs, fast format changeover

PalKombi

layer palletiser, low-level infeed

up to 5 layers/min with one pallet, up to 8 layers/min with two

PalPack 4000

layer palletiser

the layer is formed by 2, 4 or 6 robots depending on infeed speed

EvoFlex

high-speed single-column, low-level infeed

automatic changeover in less than 1 min

PalLinear

high-speed inline, high-level infeed

up to 660 layers/h

PalRoboKombi and PalVite

robotic island for crates, packs and loose bottles

450 cycles/h with 600 kg at the wrist to 550 cycles/h with 300 kg; up to 8 layers/min with two pallets

PalKombi Gripping

gripping palletiser for plastic crates

low and medium speeds, pallets up to 1250 mm

For low and medium speeds and limited floor space, choose CoboAccess_Pal, RoboAccess_Pal S or RoboAccess. For medium and high speeds, the layer palletisers PalKombi, PalPack 4000 and EvoFlex. PalLinear delivers the highest output. PalKombi Gripping and PalRoboKombi are designed for plastic beverage crates.
