The REDA low temperature evaporator concentrates liquid products under vacuum at +18…24 °C. Pure distilled water or alcohol evaporates from the product, while the organoleptic properties and the balance of dissolved substances are preserved.

Steiner Ukraine is the REDA distributor in Ukraine. The common principles of REDA equipment, including UHT configurations and separator design, are described on the page REDA.

How does the low temperature evaporator work?

Evaporation takes place in a single effect under vacuum. The system automatically controls and regulates the product temperature.

The product is concentrated to 60–67 °Brix. The unit operates automatically around the clock, 7 days a week.

What does the low temperature evaporator concentrate?

Fruit juices and must, nectars, herbal distillates, honey, beer, wine, spirits, milk and by-products, seaweed and plant extracts, yeasts and ferments.

Why is an evaporator better than membranes for whey?
