The REDA UHT plant sterilises milk, cream, plant-based drinks and juices for aseptic filling. After sterilisation, the product does not require a cold chain during distribution.

Steiner Ukraine is the REDA distributor in Ukraine. The common principles of REDA equipment, including UHT configurations and separator design, are described on the page REDA.

Which heating configurations does the REDA UHT plant have?

REDA builds UHT lines in four configurations: Direct UHT-Flexy, ATR UHT, Steryflex and All-in-One. The configuration is chosen by product viscosity and taste requirements. A comparison table of the configurations is on the page REDA.

The thermal process is adjusted to different heating methods and recipes.

What is included in the REDA UHT plant?

The Airless deaerator is included in every REDA UHT plant. It works under vacuum and removes dissolved air, gases and oxygen that cause oxidation.

For milk and cream, the deaerator removes off-odours. For juices, it works with an aroma recovery system: a tubular condenser condenses the aromas and returns them to the product flow.
