The REDA HTST milk pasteuriser is designed for producing fresh drinking milk: whole, skimmed and standardised. Pasteurisation destroys pathogenic bacteria and reduces enzymatic activity.

Steiner Ukraine is the REDA distributor in Ukraine. The common principles of REDA equipment, including UHT configurations and separator design, are described on the page REDA.

How does the HTST milk pasteuriser work?

Milk is first heated and then rapidly cooled. Pathogenic microorganisms are destroyed, and the cold chain is not interrupted.

The heat treatment is gentle and does not damage the product. High heat regeneration reduces energy consumption.

The line is started quickly: the unit is supplied pre-assembled, and connection follows the Plug-and-Play principle.

What does a fresh milk line consist of?

A typical fresh milk line consists of a pasteuriser, a buffer tank and a filling machine. For milk with different fat contents, the line is supplemented with a cream separator and RTM standardiser.

The optional Airless deaerator removes off-odours from milk during processing.
