KRAL K-series fuel oil pump <\/span>\u2014 a three-screw pump for heavy fuels, <\/span>lubricants <\/span>and diesel fuel. Manufacturer: KRAL, <\/span>Austria, and describes the range as versatile: <\/span>this is <\/span>the widest range of sizes in the range, <\/span>from 5 to 2,900 l\/min at a pressure of up to 16 <\/span>bar. <\/span>The parts in this series are manufactured to tolerances for <\/span>installation on vessels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why is the K series called <\/span>versatile<\/span><\/h2>\n

There are two reasons. The first is\u2014 <\/span>span: one series covers even a small area <\/span>a circuit comprising several <\/span>litres per minute, and a main pipe with a capacity of 2 <\/span>900 l\/min. No other KRAL series is like this <\/span>It does not provide a range.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second is the environment. <\/span>Heavy fuels, lubricants and diesel <\/span>fuel with a viscosity range of 2 to <\/span>10,000 mm\u00b2\/s is sufficient for most applications <\/span>fuel and lubricants management. <\/span>Where higher pressure is required, <\/span>take <\/span>KRAL L Series<\/span><\/a> up to 63 bar or <\/span>KRAL C Series<\/span><\/a> up to 100 bar; where the fluid is contaminated <\/span>or not <\/span>lubricates, \u2014 <\/span>KRAL W Series<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also available <\/span>a balanced mechanical seal and <\/span>end-to-end <\/span>flushing \u2014 for circuits with <\/span>an elevated backrest or <\/span>a polluted environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The difference between <\/span>a mechanical seal and <\/span>a hard-wearing end cap \u2014 almost seven times the permissible inlet pressure. If the pump is situated beneath the tank, this is the primary selection criterion, rather than temperature.<\/span><\/p>\n
