Multi-stage <\/span>KMU pump \u2014 horizontal centrifugal pump <\/span>a split-case pump with <\/span>detachable step housings, <\/span>designed for operating pressure <\/span>25 bar. The series has a flow rate ranging from 1 to <\/span>16 m\u00b3\/h, head \u2014 from 20 to 200 m, <\/span>frequency <\/span>Revolutions per minute \u2014 from 3,000 to 3,600 rpm. <\/span>Standard impeller <\/span>made from AISI stainless steel <\/span>304. The seal determines the upper temperature limit<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

What are the benefits of a stainless steel impeller?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

In short <\/span>Masdaf\u2019s multi-stage series <\/span>standard impeller material <\/span>there is GG25 cast iron, and <\/span>Stainless steel is an option. How to interpret model codes<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The designation is based on the KMU scheme <\/span>40 <\/span>\/ 8, \u0434\u0435 KMU \u2014 \u043d\u0430\u0437\u0432\u0430 \u0441\u0435\u0440\u0456\u0457, \u043f\u0435\u0440\u0448\u0435 \u0447\u0438\u0441\u043b\u043e <\/span>\u2014 nominal diameter of the discharge flange <\/span>in millimetres, the second \u2014 the number <\/span>stages. In other words, the KMU 40\/8 has a discharge <\/span>a DN 40 flange and eight steps.<\/span><\/p>\n
