What is a Doseuro SR dosing pump?<\/h2>\n

Spring return means that the working stroke of the plunger is driven by the actuator, while the return stroke is performed by the spring.<\/p>\n

The design is simpler and cheaper than forced return. The trade-off is that at very high pressures, the spring force becomes the limiting factor, and for such operating conditions the manufacturer has a separate family PDP<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For the majority of industrial dosing tasks \u2014 water treatment, chemical processing, CIP, food processes \u2014 the capabilities of the SR are sufficient.<\/p>\n

Plunger head (A)<\/strong> \u2014 the simplest and cheapest at high pressure, but the plunger works directly in the reagent. Suitable only for safe liquids.<\/p>\n

Mechanical membrane (D)<\/strong> \u2014 the pusher moves the membrane directly. The reagent is separated from the drive, the design is simple.<\/p>\n

Hydraulic membrane (B\/BR)<\/strong> \u2014 hydraulic fluid is located between the plunger and the diaphragm. This removes mechanical stress from the diaphragm and extends its service life, which is why such heads are chosen for suspended solids.<\/p>\n

\"Sandwich\" membrane (SD)<\/strong> \u2014 two membranes with a controlled space between them. If one ruptures, the reagent does not escape to the outside.<\/p>\n
